This is a 7min times a day`s date challenge. It requires total commitment, and it can be deceiving in the beginning. We are targeting to have 3255min or 496km by the 31st of January 2023.
What is required?

- Clean bill of health (Get your doctor`s approval if suffering from any disease that does not require running or elevating your heart rate)
- Running shoes and comfortable clothes
- Water
- Sweat towel
- Gym mat (to trap the sweat)
- Bathroom scale (if you have one)
- Sport watch (if you have one)
- Diary/notepad (record your journey i.e weight before and after every session)
This challenge is taking place daily during the month of January with 99% live sessions on TikTok live. Starting times will differ per week until the challenge is complete. Those who will endure to the end are likely to lose minimum of 2kg during the month of January. To join this session, please complete the form for free.
