An ultra-runner and personal trainer. I have assisted many people seeking to reach their weight loss goals through virtual sessions and pop up sessions.

I started Spotrun as a way to keep fit during Covid-19 lockdown in South Africa. I registered to participate in one of the longest marathon in the world (90km/55,923miles) which I ended up doing it on the spot. In 2021 January I ran daily covering the distance per date and halfway through the month I noticed a sudden drop of weight. This prompted me to approach experts at Sports Medical Services to conduct a scientific study on Spotrun and to really KNOW more about the benefits.
